Cutting is one of the major process in garments manufacturing. Here garments parts are cutting according to the pattern. In garments cutting department, a process flow chart have to maintained to send the right measurement parts in the next process for making quality garments. In cutting section when cutting section receive a plan from planning department there are so many orders for a certain month. After receiving file of those order a plan is made for cutting, which one is cut first and which is the next one. It is called cut order plan. It is done according to the priority of Shipment date to meet on time delivery of the orders.
