Quality Inspector (In-Process):
  1. Check the machine, fabric, thread, label & others accessories.
  2. Ensure the needle size, needle quality, SPI & measurements of garments.
  3. Ensure the cleanliness of machine & table.
  4. Follow the quality standard of buyer & high light the major defects.
  5. Identify the defects & prevent the defects in machine & also inform quality supervisor to prevent defects in machine.
  6. Ensure that the defective garments rectify properly in time.
  7. Ensure the quality of products garments as per buyer standard.
  8. Keep record of defective garments & prepare report by using format & also submit to quality manager.
Quality Inspector (Final Output table):
  1. Conducts 100 % inspection of produced goods.
  2. Check the garments own serial or clock wise.
  3. Identify the defects & prevent the defects in machine & also inform quality supervisor to prevent defects in machine.
  4. Find out the defects & keep the garments in defective box & also hand over line supervisor for repair.
  5. Ensure that the defective garments rectify in time & hand over to check again.
  6. Confirm the measurement as per spec of every size.
  7. Ensure the quality of products garments as per buyer standard.
  8. Keep record of defective garments & prepare report by using format & also submit to quality manager.
Quality Auditor (Lot Pass Audit):
  1. Compare the complete garments with approved sample and PO sheet.
  2. Conduct lot pass audit of the garments passed by end-line Quality Inspector.
  3. Prepare Audit report by using format based on the findings. 
  4. Discuss with production & quality management about the findings.
  5. Make sure that all the garments are re-checked & rectified if the lot is rejected.
  6. Conducts re-audit the same lot after re-checking by the line quality Inspector.
